Hell of a View cabin rentals feature a 200-degree panoramic view at the highest point in the Forest Brook development that you can view sitting on the wrap-around back porch, through the fully glassed rear windows, or sitting in the countersunk 8-person hot tub in the rear deck or climbing onto the 14′ enclosed slide that will give you a fun ride down from the deck. For star gazers, there is a telescope for spectacular views of the night sky from this mountain peak.
This Broken Bow cabin with hot tubs is built to entertain a large group with the amenities to cater to all. Our Broken Bow cabin with scenic views features a huge, open great room with seating for all the 16 guests that it can accommodate. There are 2 master suites on the main level and one upstairs with King beds and full en-suites, with an additional bedroom upstairs with 2 queen beds with its own full bathroom that can be utilized as the 4th master.
This cabin with mountain views is a 4-person bunk room on the main level for extra sleeping, along with a 2-person trundle bed in the game area. The game area features an 8-foot professionally leveled slate pool table, electronic gaming console, PlayStation 4, and various board games. Smart LED TVs are in all of the main bedrooms, the living area, the game room, and the back porch. The back porch also has a fireplace, and gas grill, in addition to the aforementioned, counter sunk hot tub, slide, and telescope.
There is a built-in bar under the staircase with a small refrigerator for added capacity. Like all of our Relax and Reclaim Luxury Cabins, they boast accents throughout of reclaimed wood that has been used for decades, giving them all an outdoor, rustic feel while blending modern, high-end touches. All of our cabins near Beavers Bend State Park are named after songs, so the perfect one for this one is Eric Church’s “Hell of a View”.
To accompany the music theme, A 118-year-old Baldwin baby grand piano that served in a bar in New Orleans for decades makes up the island in the kitchen, along with other music accents throughout the cabin rental including a custom-built chandelier over the pool table made from inner hammers and strings of the piano.
Lastly, our cleaners put out arrowheads out back for kids to hunt, and there are bags for them to collect them.

Payment Schedule – 50% due at the time of booking and 50% due 30 days prior to arrival.
Damage Deposit – A pre-authorization of $500 is due 2 days before arrival and released 7 days after departure.
Cancellation Policy –Guest receives 100% (less cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; Guest receives 75% (less cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 7 days before arrival; No refunds within 7 days of arrival.
We love communicating with our guests. To ensure nothing is missed or lost in translation, we be via email or text. At time of booking, you will be required to read and sign a short-term rental agreement, provide a security deposit and provide a copy of a government issued ID for guest booking reservation. Once check out is complete, no damage is confirmed and it appears all house rules and check out procedures have been adhered to, your security deposit hold will be released. Please note that this may take up to 7 business days.
Due to same day arrival and departures, regretfully, we are unable to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests. We ask that you do not interrupt the cleaning crew as this will only delay your check-in. The cleaning crew is not authorized to allow anyone access to the property. 1. The property is surveilled. Any tampering with, moving, redirecting, covering, or disconnecting WiFi, devices, outdoor cameras, doorbells, or surveillance equipment will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation, and you will be required to leave and vacate the premises immediately. Please understand that we do not actively monitor the cameras, but this is our home and investment, and these measures are in place to protect both. There are no cameras in any private areas inside the home that guests use. A few closets are locked and not available for guest use, as they are storage areas. Do not attempt to break into or unlock these doors, as the interior of these locked storage areas is monitored. By booking this property, you waive your option to disable surveillance.
2. No smoking inside. If smoking, please use the ashtray located outside. Cigarette butts left in the yard will result in additional cleaning fees, which will be deducted from your deposit.
3. Guests staying longer than one week may request housekeeping services at an additional cost, which includes clean linens, towels, and cleaning of living areas. Please contact the host for pricing and availability.
4. Parties are not allowed.
5. For insurance and safety purposes, all guests must be listed and accounted for on your reservation or itinerary. No more than 14 guests may stay at any time.
6. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking our home. Unforeseen circumstances such as weather, illness, or emergencies may require you to cancel or shorten your stay. If you choose not to obtain travel insurance, please note that our cancellation policy will be strictly enforced and no refunds will be issued. Booking this unit constitutes agreement with this policy. Under no circumstances will guests receive a rent reduction, relocation at the owner’s expense, or refunds for equipment or amenity failure. Upon notification of any malfunction, the property manager or owner will make every reasonable effort to repair the issue; however, repair or replacement during occupancy cannot be guaranteed. All issues must be reported within 24 hours of arrival.
